subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade

Commission, which is the competent supervisory authority under the Privacy

Shield.

SOLICITATION PREFERENCE

Surveys into Money honors respondent's requests to be excluded from

marketing solicitations. To be removed from being called or our email list,

Money commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or

mentioned recourse mechanisms, individuals may have a right to invoke

binding arbitration under the Privacy Shield Panel as a recourse mechanism
